Return Policy
Please note that customized apparel is final sale, and Diadora will not accept returns or refunds due to the nature of customized products. Items with the Soccer Québec logo and/or initials are considered customized items.
For all non-customized items, you may return them free of charge for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
We recommend that you keep all packaging until you have made your final purchasing decision and retained your order.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the merchandise is deemed to have been used or damaged.
HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS:
Step 1: CONTACT US
Contact our customer service department at the email address below and be sure to specify the pickup address for the returned items:

Step 2: PREPARE THE MERCHANDISE AND ORIGINAL PACKAGE
Prepare the box with the items you wish to return. You may use the same box in which your original merchandise was shipped. Ensure that the items are unused/unworn, returned in their original packaging, with the original tags still attached. Clearly write the RETURN NUMBER on the outside of the box (preferably with a black marker) and send it to the address below using the courier service of your choice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: REFUND
Once all the above conditions have been met, we will refund the total purchase price of the returned merchandise (please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded).
The refund will be processed once the returned item has passed our quality control inspection.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase.
The refund process may take 7 to 10 days from the receipt of your merchandise, depending on the credit card used for payment.
